We build teams based on respect for internal and external relations, cooperation, experience, commitment and joint development of ourselves and others. To recruit candidates, we organize internships and cooperate with universities, foundations and other organizations involved in vocational education and training. Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for and employing people with different education profiles, however, due to the industry in which we operate, the largest resources are representatives of technical professions, such as automation, electronics, power engineering, programmers, etc. We make sure that new employees are effectively and friendly introduced to the company and provided with all information and materials enabling them to quickly integrate with the team and the entire organization.

The organization of work in teams dealing with product development and technical support as well as production is based on a design approach - using agile (scrum) and waterfall methods.
