PRODUCT OWNER
Purpose of the position: Planning and implementation of the general concept of products and coordination of the final product manufacturing process.
Place of employment Gdansk
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Co-creation and implementation of business plans for the development of the product portfolio, including:
  • co-creating a plan for the annual production or modification of products
  • setting sprint goals, preparing tasks and plan implementation requirements for the development team (JIRA, Scrum)
  • checking the correctness of the implementation of individual tasks in terms of compliance with the assumed acceptance criteria
  • participation in internal communication regarding the final release of the product on the market or its update
  • recommending functional and technological solutions for developed and newly created products
  • Coordinating the process of creating and developing products in cooperation with development teams and the business, including:
  • cooperation with the Product Management department in the preparation of tasks for the development team in terms of customer needs
  • cooperation with the Quality Department
  • setting priorities in the implementation of tasks for the development team
  • supporting the development team through substantive and technical assistance
  • presenting quarterly results of works of development teams for the Sales, Marketing and Management departments
  • presenting the results of work of development teams for Business
  • Participation in the process of preparing internal technical documentation (manuals, catalog cards, installation instructions) - approving its final shape
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3 years in the building automation industry, BMS
  • major studies in automatics, electronics, computer science and related
  • experience and extensive knowledge in the field of device design, programming, electronics and testing new devices / software
  • experience in working in Scrum / Agile methodology
  • knowledge of tools, e.g. JIRA, MS Project
  • knowledge of English at a communicative level (B2)
  • very good organization of own work and project teams, attention to detail
  • high personal culture, interpersonal and communication skills
