HR, PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Providing HR and payroll service following the company's policy and law rules and keeping the correct records of economic events in the company's accounting books.
Place of employment GDANSK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Providing employment-related processes including preparation of employment contracts, civil law contracts, service contracts, verification of employee , cooperating people and companies documentation, referring employees to medical examinations and BHP training, etc.
  • Providing a formal and legal framework for any changes in terms of employment and salaries
  • Taking care of the formal side of matters relating to employees (preparation of relevant documentation, collection of employee applications, etc.)
  • Accounting for the working time of employees, including overtime, holidays and other types of absences
  • A corporation in the preparation of declarations and settlement declarations: e.g. ZUS, PIT, GUS, etc.Preparation of data for calculation of month salaries and preparation of a payroll
  • The current record of accounting documents
  • Control of source documents in terms of accounting and formalities following the accounting and tax regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Directional education (economy, accounting)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Practical knowledge of the employment law
  • Practical knowledge of the area of HR, salaries and accounting
  • Good knowledge of PŁATNIK system
  • Practical knowledge of ERP class software
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of aspects of employee remuneration in the field of social insurance and taxes
  • Independence and discretion
  • Multitasking, good work organization, attention to details
  • High personal culture, interpersonal and communication skills
