Purpose of the position: Provides technical advice and support in the field of technical training regarding the GC5 product portfolio for Partners and Customers, and participates in the development and updating of training documentation.
Place of employment Warsaw or Gdansk
  • Development and updating of training documentation
  • Conducting technical training for GC5 customers and partners as well as internal training
  • Providing technical support for products in the field of (building) automation
  • Close cooperation with the company's technical departments
  • Preparation of reports on errors and irregularities in the operation of devices
  • Make your own contribution to improving the performance of products
  • GC5 certification of product knowledge
  • Higher technical education: automation, electronics, computer science or related
  • Knowledge of issues related to building automation and electronics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting trainings
  • Good command of English (at B2 level)
  • Presentation and training skills
  • The ability to create a presentations
  • Ability to use office and industry applications
  • The ability to think analytically and solve problems
  • Knowledge of the basic issues of BMS systems
  • Knowledge of English at the advanced level (C1) - business and technical English
  • Experience in the field of operation and testing of electronic systems
